Mary Winchell, Librarian Mrs. Winchell is the Library Media Teacher for Bear River High School. She selects and catalogs books for the Library, manages the Library's computers, and teaches students and teachers how to get the most out of the Library's resources.		Carol Helsby, Library Assistant Mrs. Helsby is in charge of textbooks, managing a.v. equipment, and providing support for the operations of the Library.
