Copy and paste above information into Excel
Save the file as QSales2
Add a new column of formulas to total the sales for each Sales Rep.
Enter Rep Total as the label above the new formulaa
Add a new column of formulas to calculate the average quarterly sales for each Sales Rep.  Enter Rep Avg. as the label above the new formula
Add a new row of formulas to total the sales for each quarter.  Enter Quarter Totals as the label to the left of the new formulas.
Format the spreadsheet title cells in the font of your choice in 16-point size.  Center those titles across the range that spans the width of the spreadsheet.
Format the labels in row 4 in bold, with wrap text and center alignments
Format all the cells holding values and formulas as currency
