Nanci Smith Special Education Nanci Smith works in the Special Education Department. She is a former graduate of Bear River and has been working on campus since 1994. She attended Sacramento State University and Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She holds: BA: Liberal Studies Minor: Music Multiple Subject Teaching Credential Masters: Education She also serves as the Friday Night Live advisor and has coached Frosh Girls Volletball. In her spare time, she likes to read, write, play volleyball, sew, and be with her family.
