Special Education
Peggy Hubert is a Resource Specialist Teacher and has taught at Bear River High School since 1993. Peggy received her B.A. degree in Human Development from CSU Hayward in 1978 and graduated with a M.A. degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education from CSU Sacramento in 1996. She holds Multiple Subjects, Learning Handicapped, and Resource Specialist credentials. Peggy also earned a Certificate in Adaptive Physical Education. Peggy is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society and is an alumni of the EK chapter of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. Peggy coached Girls Golf for 4 years and earned the 2000 SFL Girls Golf Coach of the Year. She was also awarded "The Teacher who makes a difference" in 2002.
