Joyce Gouveia has been teaching for a total of 13 years. She has taught for Marysville Unified High School District and NJUHSD. She has a B.A. in English with a Multiple Subjects credential. She began dancing in high school and continued into college, dancing in the Dance Company at Western Oregon State College for two years. She has been teaching Dance, Aerobics, English or Frosh Health at BRHS for 8 years. She has produced 6 Spring Dance Performances, selling out most shows and has created shows the dancers are proud to have performed in.
