Vicki Burrell received her education at UC Davis and Fresno State . She has twelve years teaching experience, seven of those from Bear River. Mrs. Burrell has been married for 13 years, and likes to spend time with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys gardening, traveling, watching movies, and she is an avid Sacramento Kings fan.
