The Problem:

Friends, how many times have you found yourself, like Sally, confronted with the need to get away from a drab and bland yearbook?  Everyone's depending on you for something different, something GREAT!  It's enough to make an editor break out!

Sally didn't think there was an answer until....

She heard about the CD Yearbook! Your job...your mission is to make a CD Yearbook, one that is an interactive  record of the people, events and places that define your high school experience.

Capture your friends and memories and include sound bites of your favorite music.

Your Yearbook Must Include

	Creative theme and title for your yearbook What will your class...your year  be remembered for? This home page will have links to all of your other pages.
	Student Pages--You need to create your page. Include quotes, memories, favorite friends, favorite songs, favorite classes, favorite teachers, accomplishments, activities.
	This Day In History Page--memororable events that happened this year. Include, world, national, state, and local events. Year In Reviw 2002-Yahoo Year In Review 2002-CNN Year In Review-2002 -Info Please This Day In History
	Music & Movie Favorites Page--artists, titles, lyrics, actors, actresses...you decide
	Games People Play---Sports, video games, recreation
	Interesting Facts Page-Who won the World Series, Super Bowl, Indy 500, Stanley Cup, NCAA Basketball Champion, College Football Champion. Heisman Trophy Winner....etc

	Cost of Living Page- New house, average income, new car, average rent, college tuition, movie ticket, price of gasoline, US postage stamp, fast food meal deal, can of Pepsi, cost of a latte, cost of pizza. You will be working in groups of 3 or 4

• As a group decide on your title and theme for your CD Yearbook

• Each student will create their own student page (Individually graded)

•  Each team member will be responsible for creating 2 additional pages from the list above.  If you have a group of 3-choose 6 from the list above.  If you have a group of 4-choose 8 from the list above.  

• Include graphics, video clips, audio clips, and scan pictures.  Because of the limitations of  our server...you might have to link to the video and audio clips.
